All batteries come with a (1) year warranty.
Sealed Lead Acid batteries come with a (1) year warranty.
All mobility batteries come with a (6) month warranty
RETURN POLICY
If customer is not completely satisfied with product, or the wrong item
was ordered, please return in re-saleable condition within 10 days of invoice
And Atlantic Battery will issue a full refund of merchandise excluding
all shipping costs. If shipment was damaged on initial shipping from Atlantic
Battery Inc., please notify us within 4 days of received merchandise so
Atlantic Battery inc. can file a claim with shipping company. If Customer
placed an order with Atlantic battery Inc. and wants to return merchandise
after 10 days of purchase, and battery is returned in re-saleable condition
there will be a 20% restocking fee of total price of invoice, and any shipping
charges that were incurred to customer on the original shipment will be
deducted from re-imbursement. Customer is responsible for all shipping
fees back to Atlantic Battery Inc. Batteries are returnable up to 24 days
maximum from invoice date. Any merchandise shipped back for return that
is damaged will void Warranty. Customer responsible for their own shipping
claim.

WARRANTY POLICY
Before you return your batteries.
Please consider some of the most common problems that may occur when dealing
with alarm systems, UPS systems, wheelchairs, scooters and other battery
operated devices or applications that require batteries. Below are a few
suggestions that customer would be responsible for analyzing first which
may eliminate an existing problem you may have before returning batteries
to Atlantic Battery Inc.
Is your battery charger functioning at a capacity that will maintain the
charge of the battery according to specifications of the battery charger
manufacturer?
Is your battery charger possibly over-charging perhaps to the point of
damaging the batteries to an extent that the batteries can no longer except
a charge?
Is your automatic shut off on the charger functioning properly? (May cause
over-charging which would result in swollen sides of battery)
Are the terminals and battery wires or cable in good condition, and are
they making a good tight clean contact?
Is your battery operated motor or device operating at a capacity that will
actually draw more from the battery than factory specifications called
for? (Sometimes electric motor is shorted out and will drain the batteries
very fast)
Are any fuses blown?
Above questions are some common problems known to make one think there
is a battery problem. If all the suggestions above check out, then customer
would have to determine which battery or batteries are defective. Send
us back the batteries for full refund or replacement. If batteries are
in fact defective, Atlantic Battery Inc. will refund full amount of batteries
including shipping costs, or ship you new batteries at the expense of Atlantic
Battery Inc. If batteries are not defective, the customer will be responsible
for all shipping costs when shipped back to Atlantic battery Inc. and then
back to customer. Note: If customer ships batteries back to Atlantic Battery
Inc. we advise the customer to pack them well, so as not to result in any
damage to battery or batteries due to the usual rough handling of shippers.
Any merchandise that is returned to Atlantic Battery Inc. by customer and
is damaged during the shipping process to Atlantic battery Inc. will void
any warranty issued from Atlantic Battery Inc. Customer would be responsible
to contact shipping company to make your own personal claim of the damaged
merchandise! Atlantic Battery Inc. will not be held liable for any damage
in returned merchandise such as cracked battery case or damaged terminals
or posts, or any other abuse such as over-charging or batteries that were
installed or un-installed improperly.
Our suggestion is that if customer insists that there is in fact a battery
problem, you may want to get a professional opinion to determine exactly
which battery or batteries are defective before you return them to Atlantic
Battery Inc. This will be more cost effective for customer. Atlantic battery
Inc. will not be held liable for any expense incurred for batteries shipped
back that do not have any manufacturers defect. We would want
to eliminate any un-necessary cost to our customer as well as to Atlantic
Battery Inc. Thank you for your cooperation.
